Kyla: Momma, I want Patti (Pacifier)
Me: No Kyla, that is for bedtime.
Kyla: I go bed mommy.
Me: No, it's time to play... plus, your a big girl, not a baby.
Kyla: No, I baby momma.
She tries to get it, I hide it, she finds it. So I put it down my shirt for safe keeping :)
10 min of crying goes by...
Kyla: Mom, I want bobba (Bottle)
Me: No kyla I gave you a cup of milk, it is downstairs, go drink it.
Kyla: *Screams* I no want a cup. *more cries* I want bobba.
Me: Kyla you are a big girl, you don't need a bobba.
Kyla: I not big girl... I baby.
10 min of crying... then silence.
I venture out to see what she is up to.
She has gotten her own bottle, pulled out the milk and has poured her own. Plus got a lot on the floor too. It is so funny that I can't even be mad at her. I proceed to take the pacifier out of my shirt and put it away. Then take the bottle away, pour it in a cup and she is fine with that... until next time she wants a bottle.
I put her in my lap to love on her and tell her how proud I am that she is using a cup. She proceeds to feel me up, then look down my shirt...and look at me with those sweet eyes and say, "Momma, where patti (pacifier) go?"
and we start again!

LOL!!! Looks like you got your hands full over there! That is one strong, independent little 2 yr. old you have there:)
That is quite the addiction! I feel your pain! My 3rd daughter is so different than my first two. Very stubborn. She has a mind of her own. She is 5 and I'm still trying to figure out how to work with her different personality! Good luck!
too funny, even though I already knew the story it is fun to read with the pictures!
Oh, this made me smile, how cute!!
I just think this is the sweetest story ever. Kyla is an angel and you are a sweet Mom.
Thanks for sharing.
LOVE it!
