It's just a little thing!

7 am - get up, pump, make Tommy's lunch and breakfast, get him up and going, then on the bus.

8 am - feed baby, change both babies, bath them and get them dressed.

8:30 am - out the door.

9 am - 30 min abs class
9:30 am - 60 min high impact aerobic class

10:30 am - Go to get groceries

11 am - check phone while gathering groceries. See that husband has called multiple times. (He is locked out of the house and the garage key pad has a dead battery. His laptop is in there and he needs me to come home NOW!) Aaahhh, so frustrating! I leave a cart half full of groceries, grab my babies and head home with plans to return after lunch.

11:30 am - home, open garage and hubby wants a kiss... seriously? Fine! :)

12 pm - give Kyla lunch, then heaad upstairs to feed baby and pump.
12:30 pm - find out that Kyla spilled Protien powder ALL OVER THE KITCHEN! and zoe is eating it! Great! Clean that up.

1 pm - Decide to give up on the return grocery trip, get Kyla and Macy both in bed for naps... Aaaaww! Sit down for my own lunch of roasted veggies and grilled chicken.

1:30 pm - can't seem to get off the couch, so I sit.

2:30 pm - decide that maybe I should take a shower!

3 pm - Still don't have enough energy to do much, so I sit at the computar and grab my camera to look at some pictures I took a few days ago.
and it made my whole day so far WORTH IT!

I think I may have the energy to clean up a bit and get some laundry done now and since Tommy is home from school in 30 min, I better get going!

Dr. Oz's Ultimate Health Challange

I'm going to try this!

I know they say don't diet when you are pregnant, well this isn't a diet. It is called eating more healthy, which is what you should do when pregnant :)

I worry that losing the baby weight after # 3 is going to be harder, so I am going to start now at getting ready to eat better! I wouldn't say I am a unhealthy eater per se, but I do have my fair share of candy and french fries! I also think it will help me feel more energetic!

So if you are interested in doing it with me, here are the guidelines. http://www.doctoroz.com/challenge/dr-ozs-ultimate-health-challenge

Eat 3 main meals a day.
Each meal must have protein, fiber, and whole grains
Protein: lean meat and fish
Fiber: peas, beans, fruits, vegetables, potato skins, whole grain foods and flax seed
Whole grains: brown rice, oatmeal, popcorn, whole-wheat bread, pasta, crackers and wild rice

Take a multi-vitamin every day, once a day.
You can have 3 healthy snacks a day (morning, afternoon and evening.)

Some examples of healthy snacks are: apples, almonds, walnuts, edamame, vegetables, low-fat yogurt and cottage cheese. You may have dessert every other day – but that means no evening snack!

The kitchen closes at 8pm. No exceptions!
Avoid the following foods: added sugar, simple carbohydrates, fructose, trans fats, saturated fats, any flour that is not 100% whole grain or 100% whole wheat.

The workouts wont be as intense since I am pregnant, but I could do more than I currently am!
