My little girl turned 3!!

Planning this party was a big accomplishment for me, I think I am now ready for more fun and cute parties!

What a cute Party and loved the decor. Also , I was wondering if you can tell me at what Salon your sister works at. I wanna call her to get her prices. My hair is in dying need of some attention.
