I have been meaning post about this spaghetti I made... FROM SCRATCH... even the pasta!!!

Wow! That looks amazing! I checked out that site and I think I'm going to try it. Did you make the bolognese sauce too? If so, did you subsitute anything for the red wine, or just leave it out?
