So, he is chalking it up to genetics and that she is a picky eater. We put her on Enfagrow once a day. It's kind of like pediasure but he thinks its better. We are also going to put both of our kids on *juiceplus.
I have heard of all the benefits including its ability to prevent future diseases such as cancers, diabetes and more. Tommy gets a lot of veggies in his diet, but I still have trouble getting kyla to eat them. The pediatrician suggested I put Kyla on it and I told him that as a mother, and knowing the health benefits, I couldn't put one of my kids on it and not the other one.

So, we will start this and Kyla goes back again in 6 weeks. Maybe she'll decide to grow a little!!!

Have you heard of green smoothies? They taste like a fruit smoothie, but you blend in a head of romaine, or spinach or whatever greens you have on hand. They are packed in all the vitamins you need in just a small amount. Google Victoria Boutenko, and look up her green smoothie research. My kids love them, even my picky eater will ask me to make him one for breakfast. I know that Dorienne drinks them too. And it's sooo easy to do. If you'd like, you can come on over and I'll mix you one up to try. My blender does them in two minutes. Good luck!
Yeah I have tried making the green smoothies, but kyla just doesn't drink enough of it to make it count. Tommy likes them though!
