Want to go swimming anyone???

I got the "idiot of the day award" as my mom would put it... I had a great idea to bleach and scrub my kitchen sink, so I started the water and poured a bit of bleach in... Than, got busy doing other things and was talking to my neighbor at the front door when her adorable child comes running out of my kitchen cry and yelling kaffy kaffy water... at first I thought he spilled his drink and wanted more or something. But I love this little guy, so I was quickly heading to get him some more drink and once I got to the kitchen... IT HIT ME!!! I left the water on and it was pouring over my counter in all directions (not quite as beautiful as looking at a waterfall... but close!) I quickly turned off the water then dipped my hand into the steaming hot water to pull the plug...OUCH! With the help of my neighbor and a bunch of towels, we got it cleaned up. Although... The water must have found a weak spot because it was also pouring into my basement, Yikes!! I never thought I would be thankful for having an unfinished basement... Its neat how the lord works to show us our blessings!!! So, I wish I had a picture to show you all, but my mind was just not focused on finding the camera at that very moment... So if you have seen my Pres. Hinkley's Be banner... Well I was trying to "be clean" and forgot to "be smart"...Oops!!!
