Happy Thanksgiving to all our canadian friends. Thanksgiving day was always such a special childhood memory for me (I celebrated american thanksgiving as a kid). My siblings and I would throw blankets on the floor and eat goodies while watching the thanksgiving day parade. My mom would often roast pumpkin seeds for us and we would end our day with a big family meal with the extended family with lots of games and laughter.
Thanksgiving is not as big now because our little family is so young, but we make it special by spending quality time together and making some yummy dessert. On this thanksgiving I want to make a list on 10 things I am especially thankful for!!!
1. My husband -who loves me more today than when we got married!
2. My kids - without them I wouldn't have these extra ten pounds to lose, I would have a cleaner house and more time to myself- but life would be so much less fulfilling... I love my babies!!!
3. My Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ - All I have and who I am is because of a loving heavenly father. I am so greatful for the sacrifice my savior made for me!
4. My mom and Dad and Bothers and Sisters - I love my crazy, fun family and miss them every day! I also love my neices and nephews...
5. My amazing in-laws -I feel very blessed to have in-laws that I not only get along with but I love! and its great to feel so close to my sister-in-laws since my sisters are so far away.
6. My Friends - I have amazing friends that I can talk to about anything! I love you guys :)
7. An abundance of Blessings - I blessed to know that all my needs are met and my kids don't have to go without! We have been extremely blessed!
8. A calling that has forced me to grow - When the bishop asked me to be a Relief Society Instructor, I didn't think I could do it. But I have put forth the effort and the lord has blessed me! My testimony has grown so much!
9. The few hours of sleep I get between Kyla's Crying!!!
10. and many more.....
