Trip to Utah... love is in the air...

First off... the reason for my trip was that I had three wedding to go to. The first Saturday I had two wedding. First, in the morning I headed to the Salt Lake temple for Barry's best friends wedding.

These two have been dating for three and a half years and we have been BEGGING him to propose to her. We were with them in January and giving him a lot of crap about it, just to find out he had it all planned and did it when they got home! I have NEVER met a more perfect match than them... REALLY! Barry met Scott when he was living in Dallas, I met Nikki at church in Denton, TX. I only met her once but got her number because we both grew up in Utah. A few months after that I called her to see if she wanted to come on a double date with Scott. The rest is history! They live in San Fransisco now and we can wait to go there to visit!!!

Kari and Barrett Gunnell

Kari and I have been friends since before I can remember(early elementary for sure!) She is a year younger than me and she has a sister(Karlee) who is my age. We (Kari, Karlee, Me and my sister Marsha) did everything together when we were younger. (She has had a rough few years. She called me on my honeymoon with Barry to tell me that Karlee passed away in her sleep. It's been hard for all of us! Well, I guess Barrett has had some sadness in his life too. A few years back his mother was hit by a drunk driver and her car exploded. I can't imagine! I am so glad they found each other. Barrett is good for Kari, he calms her and that is something she needs!!!

This is Brian's oldest. They were married in the Mount Timpanogas Temple. (Which is a block from where I grew up!) Jordan met Greg at BYU. He is sooo much like her dad, which is a great thing! His mom says he has always been straight as an arrow! He is very sweet to Jordan. We went to see their new apartment and they are both so exciting to start their lives together. We are so excited to spend a little more time with them in Aug when they come up to Canada!!! Here are a few of her bridals.... They are really cool!!
